Actual Innocence

Actual innocence is an important issue when appealing criminal convictions. It is based largely on the defendant submitting additional evidence that undermines the court's confidence in an earlier verdict reached. We have worked on behalf of actually innocent persons who have been wrongly convicted and argued on their behalf for reparations for their wrongful convictions and incarcerations.
